Best Apple Repair shop. Got new covers for my damaged AirPod Pros for free 😍

Worst shop and service I have experienced. Gave them my AirPods Pro because they were still under warranty. The noise cancellation doesn’t work sometimes and the microphone as well. Apple gave me the approval to trade them for new once. They basically did a “service” on it. They looked it they where working or not. They did Nothing I got them back dirty and I had to pay 500 pesos for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with them. I asked the customer service what I had to do and they told me they needed apples approval. Which I had so that was no problem. Then they told me they can’t do anything because they are not an approved Apple Store. Nobody told me this when I brought them in. And so I basically feel scammed out of 500 pesos. And I still have EarPods that don’t work. I feel sad mistreated and led on.

So so so happy with service! My iPad Pro 2021 stopped to work after charging I was concerned with some reviews but went anyway service was extremely helpful and they fix it in less than 10 minutes. I’m so so happy with service!

Be careful of this shop: it is NOT an apple approved iPhone shop. I took in my 8 month old iPhone 12 pro because it turned off and wouldn’t turn on again. They refused to help me because they needed proof that I have purchased it under a year ago (even though they can see that from the serial number) They just didn’t want to help me and said they needed to see a receipt. I spoke to apple support online and they told he this shop is not recognised by them and made me an appointment with the iPhone shop in the Quinta mall. Here I got a new phone within 1 week because it had a defect. No questions
